We gently roasted this blend from South America and South Asia to create a full flavor that’s surprisingly layered. The lighter roast reveals smooth, creamy mouth-feel which we love to discover in fine South Asian coffees, and mild-flavored sweetness courtesy of the South American base. Delicate with a fine, smooth, enveloping flavor, it’s everything you’d want from a light roast — and much more than you’d expect.
